Legal Disclosure: Contrax AI, operated by Nomyad LLC, is not affiliated with or associated with the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) or any other U.S. government agency.

The information, content, tools, and Outputs provided through Contrax AI are for general informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice. Contrax AI is not a law firm, does not provide legal services, and use of the Service does not create an attorney-client relationship.

You should consult with a qualified attorney before making legal decisions, interpreting contracts, or taking any action based on information or Outputs generated by the Service.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will:

• Use the Service only in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Ensure you have the legal right to upload, store, and process any content or documents you submit.
• Verify Outputs before relying on them.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information you choose to upload.
• Use the Service at your own risk.

You are solely responsible for all actions, decisions, and outcomes resulting from your use of the Service.

7. Prohibited Uses

Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

15. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your Account immediately if:

• You fail to pay fees (if applicable),
• We suspect fraud, misuse, or security risks,
• We are required to do so by law.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE,
• THE OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE,
• THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS,
• DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

17. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• NOMYAD LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
• NOMYAD LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM RELIANCE ON OUTPUTS GENERATED BY THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT WILL NOMYAD LLC’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

• THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE SERVICE IN THE PAST 3 MONTHS, OR
• $100.00 USD IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID ANY FEES.

Nomyad LLC disclaims any liability for actions taken or not taken based on use of Contrax AI.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nomyad LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your Content,
• Your use of the Service,
• Your violation of these Terms,
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights.

19. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you consent to jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by posting updated Terms on the Service or by other reasonable means.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
